More about Kari Lepore, PTA, CF-L1

Kari Lepore is a Pelvic Floor Specialist, Physical Therapist Assistant and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Kari discovered her passion for helping women with pelvic floor dysfunctions through struggling with her own postpartum issues. Although she was already working in the PT field, it became apparent to her that there is not a lot of help out there for moms to recover and get back to the activities they love.

After working in Physical Therapy for over ten years and incorporating CrossFit training, she discovered that pelvic floor training can help improve or even heal common pregnancy and postpartum issues. She is passionate about helping women navigate pregnancy and postpartum with confidence, ensuring they can get back to the activities they enjoy.

Outside work, you can find Kari hanging out with her husband and daughter in the mountains or lakes, doing some of her favorite acitivities: hiking, wake surfing, rock climbing, golfing or snowboarding.
